One week left at the Teradyne Lincoln St building. Then the building is closed and my office moves up to Teradyne North Reading.
I've been taking the T for over ten years. I took the Red Line from Quincy for four years and then the commuter rail from Sharon for the past six years.
In my previous job I had a two mile commute.
In the job before that (my first job after college) I had a 5 mile commute.
Now I'm looking at a 42 mile commute each way. I've registered with Massrides, but there aren't any vanpools available for my commute at this time. For the first time in my life I'm going to have a long driving commute.
My last day at Lincoln St is October 31. Anyone have good commuting tips?
Ailsa & I are working on cleaning for Pesach today.
She mentioned that she had an image of the Asterix comics and Obelix observing Passover preparations and commenting "These Hebrews are crazy."
Now I'm pondering the idea of Getafix corresponding with one of the talmudic rabbis.
I will probably be moving soon. Two questions:
Does anyone have a mortgage lender they recommend (or recommend avoiding)?
Does anyone have a realtor in the Sharon (south of Boston) area they recommend (or recommend avoiding)?
