One week left at the Teradyne Lincoln St building. Then the building is closed and my office moves up to Teradyne North Reading.
I've been taking the T for over ten years. I took the Red Line from Quincy for four years and then the commuter rail from Sharon for the past six years.
In my previous job I had a two mile commute.
In the job before that (my first job after college) I had a 5 mile commute.
Now I'm looking at a 42 mile commute each way. I've registered with Massrides, but there aren't any vanpools available for my commute at this time. For the first time in my life I'm going to have a long driving commute.
My last day at Lincoln St is October 31. Anyone have good commuting tips?
Ailsa's domain, ailsaek.com, just expired. It is currently hosted at speakeasy.net and registered through them with network solutions, but I am considering other providers. The frontrunner at the moment is Bluehost (the provider that filkertomrecently switched to).
We don't run a business through this website, mostly we just post pictures and I experiment with databases. I'm looking for:
At least 1GB of storage
Maybe Ruby on Rails
Any suggestions, recommendations?
P.S. We're moving up to the Lowell-Haverhill area in a few months. Does anyone in that area have recommendations for broadband providers up there?
The 999 forms of Nyarlathotep are a point of meditation for the true initiate. It is through these manifold faces that the secrets of the universe are made known. Called "The Crawling Chaos", Nyarlathotep is the disembodied ego of Azathoth and thus the universal "I" of known reality. Some of the many documented forms are; Father of Knives, Nephren-Ka, the Black Man, the Beast of the Lashing Tongue to name a few.
You scored as Dread Pirate Roberts. Letting people thing you are a billy bad ass keeps you in business but when it comes down to it, you'll do the right thing every time. You are a good person at heart and just can't help being the hero.
A little old fashioned, a little modern - you're the best of both worlds. And so is Amsterdam. Whether you want to be a squatter graffiti artist or a great novelist, Amsterdam has all that you want in Europe (in one small city).
